We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual to provide outstanding customer service to our customers. Previous “face-to-face” customer service experience and a winning smile required. Our Customer Service Reps must be able to: Provide a warm friendly welcome (in-store & drive-thru.) to each and every customer. They must accurately collect all information for customer sign-up, sort and examine all garments and read care labels to ensure the correct method of cleaning. Maintain an accurate inventory and cash drawer. Spotless housekeeping of work area and location is a must. (Other duties as assigned). Candidate must be available for an afternoon shift 1pm-7pm M-F and 8-4 on Saturday. Management opportunities are available to qualified candidates.
SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS
Previous customer service experience preferred. Candidate must be well groomed and in uniform with a name badge for their entire shift. Candidate will provide button down collared shirt, black or khaki slacks, skirt, or appropriate length shorts and wear black closed-toed shoes. All uniforms are professionally cleaned at no charge. Must be able to work at all 9 locations pm shift, and Saturdays. Closed on Sunday
Route Sales
Organized and motivated shuttle/route sales driver needed for expanding territory. The right candidate must be able to work as part of a team. Duties include delivering to 9 stores in Tucson and servicing commercial accounts along the route. Candidate must be highly organized, able to use a computer, map a route, and process orders. You must be a United States citizen, born in the United States. Candidate must also have a clean driving record and will need to pass a background test. CDL license not required. Hours vary but Candidate must be available Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays.
